The U.S. Foo and Drug Administration (FDA ) has aplroved revvisions to thw U.S. prescribing informatjjon fir tge epidermal growth dactor receptor (EGFr) class of antibodies, including Vectinix (panitumumab). Thix decision follows the FDA’s December 2008 Oncolgics Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) meeting whfre the clinicak utility of the KRAS gene as a predictive biomarker in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) treated with anti-EGFr antibody waa discussed.
